Sound of Creation in Glass

art by DEVI RAJARAMAN

It is said that the sound of universe is OM.

OM in Sanskrit language  is created by the artist.

The art  makes me feel as though  OM is emerging out of the Big Bang. The creative thinking of the artist to embed OM with the spheres, stars, ,sun and even moon should be applauded. The beautiful colors adds beauty to the art.The artist did not want to miss the oceans too. You can see, water particles also sticking to OM

This divine wall hanging will fill the place with a silent OM , reminding us of the watchful eye of the Supreme Creator.

Let it bring peace to our mind.

                   Om Shanthi !Om Shanthi!Om Shanthi!

The Proud Peacock !

The beautiful glass  peacock, is ready to dance now.

" What are you waiting for, my proudy? The clouds are gathering. Be ready to spread your wings. Let us all see your dance."

The yellow flowers in ceramics broken in perfect shape adds beauty to this picture.  Not to mention about the trees, leaves and flowers.

Who said ? Flowers dry and leaves fall. Here they are with their everlasting beauty.
Small small round mirrors lie all over as flowers. It also helps the peacock to look at its own beauty and adjust its crown if need be.

What a beauty! Both the art piece and the peacock.!

Whenever I see a peacock I always admire its pride more than its beauty. It has a voice which is in sharp contrast to its beauty. Not minding about its own voice, it puts on a  pride posture.

May be it sends the message that "I exhibit the best in me. You can also do that."
.
Shall we take the message?
If you agree or differ with my views feel free to pen it down.

I would be more happy if you go on to mention something about the art piece! Does that not catch your eye?

Concentric Circles

Transparent Blue stones resembling water drops qued up in concentric circles captures our eye.

The little glass quadrelaterals and  triangles exhibit the artist's  sincerity and devotion to the art.

The eye of the circle enhances the beauty of the work.

When I see this Concentric  Circle art piece, something crosses my mind.
We all know air travel has become more common these days. Have you ever thought why the windows of the plane are always oval and  never square or rectangle ?
Can someone explain?
